- To share your details, with your consent, with lenders and partners so they can make you an offer
- To contact you about your request by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email
- To improve our website, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations

RBI-registered banks and NBFCs and their authorised service providers, only for processing your request; technology providers that host and operate our services (including our processing partner Banking2Day); and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by writing to grievance@creditjunction4u.com. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email and reply STOP to WhatsApp messages.
5. Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
